Our online store is hosted by Shopify. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and A+ Stamps, operated by Étampes A+ Inc.

A+ Stamps is responsible for the products sold through our store, customer orders, shipping, returns, and customer service.

Shopify provides the technology used to operate our online store and is not the seller of the products offered through our website.

The original policy already makes this distinction between Shopify as the platform and Étampes A+ as the seller.

Personal information collected through A+ Stamps is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes certain personal information necessary to operate the store and provide its services.

Suspension or closure of an account does not cancel an order that has already been concluded and does not limit any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, A+ Stamps and Étampes A+ Inc. are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable damages that do not result from our fault, negligence, or breach of an obligation.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

SECTION 16 — USER RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for damage you cause to A+ Stamps or a third party through unlawful or fraudulent use of the website or through an intentional violation of another person’s rights.

SECTION 17 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

SECTION 18 — INTERPRETATION OF THESE TERMS

If we do not immediately exercise a right available to us under these Terms of Service, this does not mean that we have waived that right.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the consumer’s place of residence.
